Hypnotherapy

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of altered consciousness in which we communicate with our inner self, which in itself is both a well of limitless potential as well as sometimes the unwitting source of many of our problems.

The experience of hypnosis is similar to that of a daydream – being neither awake nor asleep, with a comfortable feeling of deep relaxation and calm.

What is hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy means using the hypnotic state to enable a variety of medical and psychological problems to be treated. It is a natural therapy enabling change to occur safely by the power of the unconscious mind.

How hypnosis can help you

You are guided into a comfortable state of altered consciousness during which for therapeutic purposes, beneficial suggestions may be given to your unconscious mind.

In this way the power of your own unconscious mind is utilised to enable you to make the changes in your life, which are important to you.
