Stress Management Programmes
This programme looks at the symptoms of stress and the factors which cause it. It provides coping strategies and practical exercises for managing stress and looks at lifestyle change for stress prevention. Programmes can be delivered to groups or individuals with equal success.
Sales Performance Improvement
Coaching and goal oriented programmes are used very successfully with individual sales people or groups. Sales techniques can be reviewed to identify areas for improvement and new or enhanced behaviours can be implemented.
